“To Lord Byron from the author”

Lord Byron’s personal copy of Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus, signed by Mary Shelley, was recently found in a private collection. It is currently being exhibited at Peter Harrington Books, and will soon be offered for sale. The bookseller “invites offers in excess of £350,000”.
